Trip Fundraising

Dear Family and Friends,

We are excited to share with you about our opportunity to travel to Detroit, Michigan with other families from The Village Church to share the greatest love story of all time! We are excited to share the Gospel, the Good News of Jesus Christ with others! We will be working with an organization called Detroit Pepper Farms to reach the community. Many residents in the community are 1st generation immigrants from Bangladesh and Yemen, and peppers are very common in their cultural dishes. The farm sits in a town known as Banglatown, as it is home to thousands of immigrants from Bangladesh. Bangladesh is unreached with 0% Christianity. We will have the opportunity to engage and share the gospel with the unreached in this part of Detroit. We are excited to engage with a beautiful group of people, created in God's image, who have not heard the Truth about the One, True God! Please join us in prayer as we prepare to GO! Pray for our hearts and the hearts of those who will hear! We are praying that their hearts will be fertile soil, just as the soil at the farm is fertile for growth. We look forward to planting seeds of Truth, and pray expectantly that the Lord will bring the harvest!
