In 2010, NEXT Worldwide began working with several missionaries and church planters in Central Mexico, in and around Leon and Guanajuato. After a few years’ hiatus, the organization will be picking up its work and continuing to plant churches in the numerous towns and villages of three states in central Mexico. Known as the “Circle of Silence,” less than 0.1% of the population of the three states are evangelical in belief. The need for gospel-preaching, Christocentric churches who make disciples is great! NEXT is joining with the network Friends of the Circle of Silence with hopes of planting over 60 churches in the next five years!
